Register for eHealth before your visit
Before your visit, you only need to register for Hong Kong eHealth. You do not need to give the clinic permission to view your records at home. Our nurses will help you do that when you arrive. Already registered? Just bring your ID.
Choose how to register
Already joined eHealth? You do not need to register again. If not, use the “See how to join” link below to choose a way to register. Registration is free.
If you are 16 or older, you can use the eHealth App with iAM Smart or HA Go to register and verify your identity right away. Or fill in the online form, which takes about 5–10 minutes. If you do not use iAM Smart for instant identity checking, you must later visit an eHealth registration location to verify your identity.
No smartphone? You can register in person at a listed location. Bring your Hong Kong identity card or another accepted identity document. Registration for children or someone else has different rules; check the official guide.

Bring the identity document you used to register and any old reports, blood results, scans or discharge notes you have. Records from public or private care, in any language, are welcome. It is fine if you do not have everything.
Our nurses will help you give the clinic permission to view your eHealth records when you arrive. You do not need to select a provider in the app beforehand. eHealth may not contain all your older records, so anything you bring can help.
