Insurance claim paperwork

Assistance with claim documents is available for major Hong Kong insurers and selected overseas policies with Hong Kong coverage, at no additional charge for the document assistance. Coverage and reimbursement depend on your policy; please check your individual terms with your insurer.

If you plan to make a claim, please have your insurer card or membership/policy number handy, if you have one. Bring any claim form your insurer has sent you too. No card or number? That is fine—they are optional, and our nurses can help explain what paperwork may be needed.

Bring any previous records

Have old reports, blood results, scans or discharge notes? Bring whatever you have. Public or private, in any language—we are happy to look through them with you. Do not worry if your records are incomplete or not in English or Chinese.
